Fastrr Checkout Platform is owned and operated by Pickrr Technologies Private Limited having its registered office at Third Floor, 448A, Enkay Square, Udyog Vihar, Ph-5, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122022 (“Company”, “Our”, “Fastrr”, “Us”) The Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make use of the Fastrr’s Checkout Platform as per these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read the terms & conditions that govern End User's (“You”) use of our website(s), products, services and applications (“Services”).

The Terms is a binding contract between you and Company. You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don’t have the right to use the Services. You are using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.

What is Fastrr?

Fastrr’s Checkout Platform is a SaaS (Software as a Service) web-based module for the online stores/e-commerce platforms (“Merchant”) wherein you can quickly checkout at the time of placing orders on online stores/ e-commerce platforms. The platform enables connection of the users with payment service providers and importing final shipping and order details into the online stores/ e-commerce platforms.

How can you use Fastrr?

You are required to signup for an account using your mobile number and OTP, you commit to provide us accurate and complete information like shipping address, billing address, email etc. The Information provided by you is saved against your mobile number in a vault. Once you have signed up, you can use the stored information for smooth checkout on E-Platforms using our Services. However, same will be shared on such registered Platform only when you have entered your Mobile number and OTP shared with you.

Who can Use Fastrr?

Use of the Fastrr Services is available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the services. As a minor if you wish to use the services, such use or transaction may be facilitated by your legal guardian or parents. The Company reserves the right to terminate and refuse to provide you with access to the services if it is brought to its notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years or are incompetent to contract as per applicable laws.

Can Fastrr Suspend or Terminate Your Account?

You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, then the Company has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your registration with the Services and refuse to provide You with access to the Services. You shall also be the sole owner of the Password and shall be responsible for the consequences arising out of disclosure of the Password and/or consequential unauthorized use of the material or content on the Website

Is Fastrr Liable for Product Defects and Service Deficiencies?

Fastrr’s scope is limited to providing a smooth checkout experience to You at the time of the transaction and is not liable for any type of product defect or deficiency in service by the Merchant’s using our Services.

Fastrr does not provide or make any representation, warranty or guaranty, express or implied, about the product and services offered by Merchants and to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all liability arising out of the Merchant’s use.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or payment made, or if You are desirous of changing or canceling the transaction, Faster shall not be liable for the same and You shall have to consult with the merchant for all kind of disputes related to the product.

If there is a dispute between you and Merchants on which Fastrr is available, you agree that Fastrr is under no obligation to become involved. In the event, you have a dispute with one or more other users, you release Fastrr, its officers, employees, agents and successors from claims, demands and damages of every kind or nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our services.

What Liabilities We Own Towards You?

You are using and accessing the Fastrr platform at your own risk. In no event, Fastrr will take any responsibility for any harm to your computing system, loss of data or any kind of other harm to you or to any third party that results from your access to or use of the services

Our Fastrr is available on other websites and it is important to inform you that such websites are not under control of the Company. Thus, we cannot be held responsible for such websites and cannot make any warranties about them.

What If We Change Our Terms?

We work really hard to improve our services and may need to change our terms of use from time to time. If we make significant changes in our Terms, we will provide you notice through the Services or by some other means, such as email. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your consent to the changes.
